Basic training

Training of personnel conducting security checks other than for cargo and mail is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements, covering the following topics:

• Legal requirements
• Procedures for stop-and-search
• Ability to respond appropriately upon detection of prohibited articles
• Emergency measures
• Protection requirements for cargo & mail

* This training must be repeated every 5 years.
