Convenient and secure documentation, as well as import and export of data simplifies administration of users and their training. Extensive tabular and graphic evaluations enable constant analysis of users’ training achievements at any time, both for the entire calendar year and freely selectable time periods. Achievements are permanently documented. This information is used for training planning, as well as for submission to authorities as an evidence of compliance with current training regulations. Trainers may use TrainPro as a documentation tool and record their trainings in detail: In addition to training content, information such as time and place are also recorded. In addition, a trainer can easily assign participants to his training sessions and save them to the system.

Day-to-day operations are made easier by centralized data collection, simplifying internal business processes, and reducing bureaucracy – implementing and adhering to regulatory requirements is easier than with standard office software solutions. All training sessions, including topics and participants, can be viewed at any time.

Observing users’ performance tendency can help to uncover any knowledge gaps at an early stage. OTS Management allows optimal and individual rights assignment and thus administration of all users and training data. Documentation security is guaranteed by the EventLog, which records every activity in the system and secures it.
