NEOS - How does it work?

To be able to purchase course access for our online training courses, you must first register in our NEOS Shop. The NEOS Shop is the future hub for you, through which you can acquire course entrances, assign the course entrances directly to the persons to be trained, or keep an eye on the training progress of your employees.

About registration

• Registration for the customer centre is completely free of charge. Charges only arise when access rights to a course are booked. In this case you will be informed about all costs in advance together with your order.
  
  
• All the data that you enter when registering is used solely in order to inform you about your course access order processing and handling.
  
  
• Any information not directly connected with your orders will only be sent to you if you subscribe to the newsletter in the customer centre.
